WHAT MAKES HER AN AWESOME TUTOR

I am very patient and calm. I always encourage my students to continue asking questions or let me know when they are confused. I am always willing to go over the question as many times as needed. I am also very adaptive. I am able to introduce different methods until we find a style that works well with the student's needs. Lastly, greatly encourage my students to challenge themselves and expand their horizons. I have personally struggled with the fear of failure, but I have learned that failure is an important part of development. I have also learned that we are able to accomplish much more than we realize and we shouldn't let the fear of failing hold us back. It is important for me to emphasize this realization with my students so that they can continue to grow and succeed in their own academic journey!
