Osama

WHAT MAKES HIM AN AWESOME TUTOR

I always encourage my students to ask "why". As kids, we always ask adults "why" and as we grow up this habit disappears. When it comes to knowledge, never be ashamed of not knowing. Be proud of not knowing because everyone started from the bottom. Hence, I tell my students to keep asking "why" because at one point, even I will come across a question from you that I do not know the answer to. We can then spend time finding an answer to it and be proud of our achievement!

FUN FACTS

Life goal: I love to rescue animals. Although it has come to a pause due to my studies, I love to think of a future where I can provide a loving home for all the abandoned and stray animals.

Words to Live By: Always stand for what is right, even if you are standing alone.

Favorite Mathematical Weapon:
Understanding the reason behind the application of each formula and reading the question carefully. Countless times I have lost marks because I was hasty with formulas and the question. To avoid that, I write down the process of approaching the problem before solving it.

What’s the best thing about you?
Thinking out of the box. Being exposed to an interdisciplinary curriculum, I like to take a few minutes to find out if there's any other possible or efficient way of solving the same problem.

NERD ALERT!

Sometimes it happens that I might not have an answer right away. As a curious person, I like to reflect on the questions and keep diving deep until my "whys" are satisfied.
